Diese Serie ist auf Lackpapier bekannt (bisher wurden die Wertstufen 50Pf/75Pf/1M/2M/3M und 5M nachgewiesen)

Im nebenstehendem Vergleich des 75 Pf Wertes wird ersichtlich, dass die Marken der Serie "b" ein klares, kontrastreiches Bild haben.
Für diese Marken wurde auch eine gesonderte (stärkere) Papiersorte mit einer anderen Klebstoffsorte verwendet. Letzteres führt oft zu einem schlechterem Ablöseverhalten der Marken.
